  1. Hi Em! I'm sorry to have missed this little indulgence! Your shop windows are such a Pleasure to look at! I have been going back and forth trying to decide which I like best the chocolates or the cake window and it is a Tie! The lighting is casting such glorious shadows onto everything and really makes everything take on an air of mystery and as well, it creates a strong desire to partake of some of this 'forbidden fruit.' Wasn't that what happened in the movie? Didn't one of the council members break in and eat all the chocolate that he had previously deprived himself of? And didn't he get "Drunk" on all the chocolate that he had consumed? It has been quite a while since I saw the movie so I am stretching my memory, in trying to recall it to mind. Nevertheless. I think that what you have done with the windows and the entire exterior is Fabulous! The bird perched on the smokestack is a really Nice Touch!
    What a Grand Finale!!!!

  2. Many thanks as always Elizabeth. Well remembered - the mayor breaks in to smash the lewd chocolate nude and stuffs the chocolate (after fasting for lent) and presumably collapses with a sugar high and is found the next day in the window amongst the chocolates - the turning point of the movie. So anyone who knows the movie gets the moment and the windows - hopefully. We just have to relocate Vianne to England!
